The most difficult thing about using this software was getting it configured correctly on my mainframe.

The most difficult thing about using this software was getting it configured correctly on my mainframe. The documentation was awful and the support people couldn't help because they didn't understand how the application worked. This meant that it took months of back and forth emailing before I could get it working properly. After getting it installed, the next big challenge was learning how to use the software. The training video is terrible, so if you want to learn how to use the software, you

The team at Aon Hewitt worked hard to make sure that we were successful in our first release of Life Reinsurance Processing.

This is my third experience with them, they did a great job last year for our first class release of Life Reinsurance Processing (LRP) on our new mainframe. They understood the challenges and got us back on track within 3 days of going live. I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They continue to help us when something comes up and get us back on track when the unexpected happens. We use LRP daily to run all our transactions and now we have plans to expand it to include all

  • It does not support everything, so if you have something specific that they don't offer they will try to find a solution for you.
  • Their software isn't as powerful as some of the others.

Convenient Data Tracking and Management Tool

I like that it tracks information from so many different sources in one dashboard- its intuitive to use as well! No issues at this time though since we have been using it only about 6 months or so with very small volume compared to our other systems. We are looking forward to future updates as they become available because there isn't too much out now we've seen yet but still able to make adjustments if needed without having any problems with existing data/files etc.- easy setup process…
