Review on TAI Mainframe by Rick Kreutzer

The most difficult thing about using this software was getting it configured correctly on my mainframe. The documentation was awful and the support people couldn't help because they didn't understand how the application worked. This meant that it took months of back and forth emailing before I could get it working properly. After getting it installed, the next big challenge was learning how to use the software. The training video is terrible, so if you want to learn how to use the software, you will need to hire someone who knows how to configure it. I would recommend contacting the vendor to see if they can arrange a demonstration, but make sure to ask them when they will happen. In the meantime, you should probably download a demo version of the software and play around with it until you figure out how to use it. The best way to learn how to use the software is to go through the user guide.
