I have been working with them for over 2 years now.

I have been working with them for over 2 years now. They did great job with data migration and helping us adjust our processes to fit into their system. They are doing great job with keeping up with new features and their own growth. And the best thing about them is that they have always given us free version of their software so we can try before we buy. They are awesome! I like how the database schema changes automatically when you add fields or change field types. And it's really easy to use

Pros
  • You can create forms from your existing CRM system (which means no development required)
  • The integration with Salesforce is really powerful and useful.
  • You don't have to worry about installing a plugin
Cons
  • Buttons are ok.
  • The reports are not very good at cleaning out junk

Childcare CRM is a great solution for any childcare provider.

This was an amazing experience! This was the best company I've ever worked with. Their attention to detail and understanding of my small business' needs is second to none. Their knowledge of software and data security is unparalleled. When I told them I was looking to automate my phone system, they gave me a demo and immediately got it installed. Great platform for keeping track of patient schedules

I like how easy it was to log in, navigate through all your data/information etc., as well as the customer service! It's not that hard to learn/use if you are familiar with Excel or other programs used in work (i'm assuming this app uses MS Office?). There isn't much more i dislike about my experience so far but maybe there could be better instructions when using certain features? Try out different things such as scheduling appointments from within the system vs having people click off…
