Review on Child Care CRM by David Monaco

I like how easy it was to log in, navigate through all your data/information etc., as well as the customer service! It's not that hard to learn/use if you are familiar with Excel or other programs used in work (i'm assuming this app uses MS Office?).

There isn't much more i dislike about my experience so far but maybe there could be better instructions when using certain features? Try out different things such as scheduling appointments from within the system vs having people click off somewhere else where they have to input info themselves when they get back to office hours after being at an appointment.
