They are very knowledgeable, professional team who understand our needs well to help us achieve success in all areas related with information systems management (ISM).

Their service delivery model was quite different from what we were used too before working together which made it difficult for me at first but they have been supportive throughout my tenure here so far! I would say their communication skills could be improved as sometimes you can't hear them clearly when talking over phone or video conference due t he poor quality connection between client's office & theirs offices during meetings/conferences etc.. Overall ISMS services provided by meridian has helped improve efficiency within organization while also reducing operational costs significantly through better control system implementation process than any other vendor out there today!!
