that when my first one didn't get to me, the other one came the next day. Excellent customer service. much more power when i'm on the gas / i have a '07 audi b7 and the old filter which has about 75k miles ran right into the sand and dirt which was black. I'm afraid something bad has happened to my engine if I haven't changed it. Great filter seems to work well and fits my Audi B7 perfectly. I would have bet 5 but my first order was lost. Not necessarily the seller's fault, it could be anything, but the star needs to be removed.
