Absolute junk, it will break and Sentry Safe will regret the misfortune

The safe is less than 2 years old, the inner lock is broken and I cannot open the safe. Called support and was told I was unlucky, I just had to open it to access my documents. This safe was opened and closed less than once a month. There is absolutely no reason why it should have broken. This seems to be a very common problem on this particular model. Obviously, this is a design flaw that the company needs to own up to. They refused to endorse their product and I will never buy anything they made again. I wish I had seen those bad reviews before purchasing.
