Adorable children's costume. My daughter loves lions and has wanted to be a lion for Halloween since last Halloween. There aren't many size options for toddlers, and I found this one to be the cutest. For the price you can't ask for more. I had no problem sewing the legs backwards like some others. The mane hair is a bit tangled as you would expect from the packaging, but fluffs it up nicely. The mane is not as thick as it might appear in the picture; It's only a 6 inch band around the suit's face, but you still get the lion effect. The material is the quality you would expect from a suit, it doesn't get much better. The outside is very soft. I really like that the headpiece attaches with buttons and can be removed if the child becomes uncomfortable. In addition, the mittens are attached with an elastic band, a very thoughtful design for a baby costume. The size is about as accurate as you can get for 3T-4T. It's a bit big for my daughter who is switching to 3T, but I can secure it with a safety pin. And it fits my son perfectly who is just reaching size 5. It is probably best suited for 4T. Overall I'm glad I bought it. Can't wait to see how it holds up over Halloween and if we can still use it.
