I recently traded in an old car for a new one. Older cars and pickup trucks in the US had built-in cup holders that could hold cups of almost any size. Newer cars have tiny cup holders that fit 12 ounces. Beverage Cans, 12 oz. Styrofoam cups and conical cups for fast food and convenience stores will do, but no more than that. My new car is a 2015 Suburban and has the same cup holder size as many other recent GM vehicles and many other vehicles. I like to use my hard plastic 64-oz. drink cups. I took the risk and ordered a Smart Kup. Even though it's not sold under the Revain Prime section, it arrived very quickly with no shipping costs. So far, so good. It's made of durable ABS plastic, not a flimsy material, and will likely last a long time. But does it fit in my cup holders? Unfortunately there aren't any. The fit was loose and wobbly, and any large mug I put in would tip over as soon as I stepped off the curb. RATS! Then, when I rummaged in the kitchen drawer, I came across a lightweight neoprene koozie. It was worth it. Kuzi was tight because the bottom of the Smart Kup is bigger than a beer can. But it came up and it got stuck. I put the smart kup in the cup holder with the koozie. PERFECT MATCH! Then I filled one of my plastic jars to the brim with water, put the lid on, placed the jar in the Smart Kup, and took a little ride. The top of the Smart Kup is significantly higher than its competitors and holds my cup firmly upright. bumpy road. The drinking cup did not stir. Sharp curves and corners. The drinking cup stays upright and secure. GREAT! There is a slot on the side of the Smart Cup so I can easily use a large coffee mug if I don't fill it to the brim with steaming coffee. The Smart Kup passed ALL my tests with flying colors. So I immediately ordered another one for the second front cup holder in my car. He showed up in downtown USA today after a short trip from Hawaii. This is what you need to get guys and they are the keepers! SO: Design and construction - five stars. Convenience - five stars. Value for money - five stars. Appearance isn't Venus de Milo, but it looks decent enough. There are also five stars. Durability - Made from durable ABS plastic, no flimsy junk. Five stars.
