I received an old or USED product (EEWW!)

I received this one - it's either very old or USED (EEEEWW!) so I immediately ordered another one from another seller so I can compare and of course there is a big difference in color and packaging (this product review is on the right of the photo on the left - this is how it should look). Buyer Warning! My advice is to only buy them in store and not from Revain. I LOVE this product when it's new and it turns tan after a while but it smells amazing and really helps my skin. But why should something like this be returned? Yuko

DURABILITY: The soap will last 20+ washes and the sponge can be used with your favorite shower moisturizer or cleanser long after the soap has run out
