The first that didn't turn on for me. replacement work. It took about 30 minutes to get everything working. I didn't expect it to do everything I needed, but found it couldn't do a lot of the things I wanted. I can't download any software other than stuff from the Microsoft Store. What apps suck. It's a VERY stripped down version of Windows 10. I didn't have a Windows phone, but it's more like that. Very limited. It's not very fast either, but it's fine for basic web browsing and video playback. Only the second day with him so I'm hoping to learn more and try more. I'll let you know if there are other issues, or find out other things I like better. But so far so good.
