I like that it is simple to use, has excellent customer service (even when you're not using them), and they are always willing to help! There really isn't anything bad about this product but there could be more features added for free or at least as options without needing an upgrade. Hosting my own web server was much easier than managing hosting through other providers. The ease of administrating everything myself made me realize how easy it would have been if it were hosted by someone else. The ability to have a Windows desktop without the Microsoft tax. I am not a heavy user of Windows, so this is a great option for me. I am able to have a Windows desktop without the monthly Microsoft tax. Also, I can easily share my desktop with others. I wish there were more customization options, but that is a minor complaint. For me, this is a great solution to avoid the Microsoft tax. I can have a Windows desktop without the Microsoft tax.
