This is a good, secure mounting system that allows you to tilt and adjust your TV in any direction if the wall bracket is not properly attached. The manufacturer goes to great lengths to appear as your social media friend and not just another random Chinese parts maker. Shortly after this purchase I received many emails written in a friendly tone with a touch of humor and after reading the manual I found the same writing style and humor there. Overall this is a good product at a fair price and Echogear seems like a good company willing to stand behind their product. As for the "think twice" in my title, I ordered this mount at the same time I ordered it. LG OLED is online so the only information I found was if this mount's specific VESA configuration matches the TVs. I received the TV and wall mount on the same day and after assembling the mount system I found that LG's VESA holes are on the bottom of the TV, not in the middle. This is because OLED TVs are essentially glass in the middle, making the bottom of the TV the only place to mount it. This is because the 'arms' on this mount, which attach to the back of the TV, are quite long. This isn't a design issue as the brackets allow the TV to be tilted up and down, but as LG's mounting holes are very shallow the brackets are clearly visible underneath the TV once it's wall mounted. It doesn't really bother as it doesn't interfere with the mount in any way, but the mounts visible under the TV don't create a very "clean" look. I assume this is most likely the case for other OLED TVs as well. Just something to note. Edt: I read some of the other reviews and noticed that some people say it takes quite a few people to install a TV with this mount. It wasn't my experience at all. I used this mount for a 55 inch TV and did all the work myself in about an hour and a half. The only problem was "snapping" the brackets on the back of the TV to the wall mount. I had to repeat this several times before I could grab the wall mount with both hands. If I had to make a suggestion to the manufacturer it would be to please have some sort of locking mechanism on the levers to help with this step. The arms really want to move and twist when you try to attach them to the wall mount. It would be a lot easier if I could snap them in place.
