I bought this soundbar in mid-December 2020. At the beginning of January she had problems with the Bluetooth connection. Since it was still within the return window and 90 day recertified warranty, I decided to contact Vizio for a warranty replacement. If that doesn't work, I wanted to contact Revane. Things were going well and I got a replacement from Vizio. When the return window closed, I decided the system was working well enough and decided to leave. I deeply regret this decision. A few days ago, the subwoofer stopped working and with it the small speakers connected to it. I went ahead and started troubleshooting. I tested it with a different power cord and outlets, but the subwoofer still wouldn't turn on. I contacted Vizio for possible repair options. Although they were very friendly and tried to help, they informed me that the newly issued warranty had expired and there was nothing they could do. I asked if they knew of any repair options. They recommended not repairing their products and just replacing them, but I was able to check and see on site. I will, but basically I have a non-working soundbar system that I've only used and enjoyed for 6 months. He's not worth it and he's not worth it. What looked like a good buy back then is now useless and a money hole.
