I bought this in black and blue and it's advertised as a gaming headset but I've been using it for longer. Installation was very easy. I just plugged it into USB and Windows took care of the rest. I was able to speak and hear right away. This headset has a separate volume control on the cable that works independently of the volume control on your computer. It also has a light button that turns on some cool LEDs in the headset that glow in the dark. As for the design, it looks pretty reliable. The cord is thick (about 4 mm) and braided with fabric, which gives it a pleasant appearance and great strength. It has good padding on top and around the ears. And what I like about it is that it fits well around the ears and doesn't pinch the earlobes. Overall a great product, if I need another pair I will order again.
