Review on Childrens Place Girls Sleeve Solid Girls' Clothing in Dresses by Garrick Prince

The dress fits great but my daughter describes the plastic lining on the waist seams, feels like she's wearing a cactus belt. Who would add something like this to clothing specially designed for children? I got a call from her school asking them to bring a different uniform. It doesn't seem very smart whoever came up with the idea of adding this to dresses. I bought two of these and they are useless! This is waste of money...
