Not all are the same quality
I really like them, they are cute and look as advertised . If all 10 charms were the same quality as the ones in the picture I would say this is a 5 star item. However, 4 out of 10 weren't and I won't be able to use them. They were missing rhinestones or had some thin metal on the lips that wasn't cut cleanly between the top and bottom, giving them a cheap and sloppy look. I have a deadline on a craft I'm making and no time to try again so I have to use the ones that are good but definitely disappointed I didn't get what I paid for.
