Nice looking collar that fits
I used it on my two cats and I liked that it's not a removable collar but still a safety collar. One cat still has it, but the other lost it right away, which tells me it got caught on something and stretched the fuse enough to let go. He's safe at home, but I'm looking for a collar. It's better to lose your collar than lose it.
