Review on Xbox Winter Forces Special Edition Wireless Controller by Victor Ewing

I bought my first Xbox 500GB many years ago when it first came out. Came with the first generator station controls. Since then I've only used these. After years of abuse the 3 I had were finished. I bought this wonderful device and the difference was significant. It's just as well made and durable as the first generation controllers, and it looks great. The texture also contributes to comfort and traction. It will take you some time to get used to the fact that all the buttons are now white with their color codes next to them. I wouldn't do this if it were Microsoft because even the most experienced gamers have to glance at the controller from time to time because their brains have taken over and forgotten which the Y button was. You could see it with peripherals. Now that complicates the task. But this is not a big minus. The main reason I took off a star was that I was super excited to finally have an input for each headset instead of using a nozzle. But when I plugged in the headset, I could barely hear my friends on the callback chat at max volume. As a result, I was forced to return the attachment, which allows me to further control the game and chat volume. All in all a good buy.
