Tech support didn't respond to my request for help and I checked it out even after returning it. Their comments found by googling are no longer good links and have been removed from their site. He read codes but was restricted. The ABS doesn't bleed as advertised, but it's a hybrid and will likely need a different accessory. I didn't delete the codes I had. It appeared to be showing live data. provided a link to update, but I had to download the software to my computer as I couldn't update the device. I didn't feel comfortable having Chinese software on my main computer to port to the device. It is very difficult to determine which units will work with which on your car. If you overprice the units too much you become hostage to upgrades that cost the same as the units and the reason I chose this one was to upgrade for a while. I didn't want to try the next higher levels on this machine. I might try again but I don't feel like they endorse their product as the site makes you think. I think they have ways to make them more user friendly and seem very overwhelmed with the units they need to support.
