My favorite bird loves the bridge now but I had to make adjustments after first use. The sides of the chain hang loosely on the hooks and balance unsteadily in the cage. I had to tie the hook to certain chain links that I thought were halfway through to find the right balance and believe me it took me a few tries to get it right. The bridge will tip and reset if you don't plug it in. Everything is fine except for that, although it all looks cheap. The bells diverge relatively quickly, but the momentum is still intact. Birds use them for the most part, but I don't think I'll be spending money on this purchase again.
