I was glad to get a QC 3.0 socket and upgrading the house with these things is always a fun Saturday project. Installation went well, but it would have been even better if this unit had push-in terminals instead of electrical caps. In flat boxes, every little thing helps! Within a week our devices were charging fast and everything seemed great. I checked my iPad tonight which started charging at 0% and should be fully charged but it said 77% and wouldn't charge. Tried another device with no success. I checked the switches and finally the sockets with a socket tester. The outlets worked well, but neither the USB-A nor the USB-C ports charged. I contacted Revain customer service (they were great) and I will be returning it for a refund. Since the exchange is not that easy, I pay a little more for a branded device. I'm afraid that could happen again. YMMV and I hope it works great when you try this device.
