UPDATE ON MY FIRST REVIEW: I received a defective item yesterday with the swivel ball joint not working properly. I contacted the seller and they were very quick to respond and the situation solved.They not only emailed me but also called me to try and fix it.They replaced the item for free and shipped it via Priority UPS.I received it today.This stand is perfect and i am very happy with my purchase.it is solid and stable.i know this will be very useful for mine iPad Pro 9.7 inch. I am also very happy with the responsive customer service I received and would highly recommend purchasing from this company. I will definitely be a regular customer. =============================================== === ============================================ I honestly don't know, who writes these reviews. The thing fell apart on me as soon as I tried to screw in the bracket. The swivel mechanism is not working properly. As soon as I tried to screw the mount on, the ball joint mechanism fell apart. There were no instructions and it took me a while to figure out how to put it back together. But I still don't know how to put on the dropped plastic things. Shouldn't they stay to keep it more stable? There were no instructions. The 360 degree mechanism keeps rotating and is very unstable. I can't hold my iPad in either landscape or portrait mode because it keeps spinning. Also, my iPad fell out. I was very lucky that he landed on the carpet and didn't fall. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase.
