I have a 2000 Ford Ranger 3.0L V6. I have had misfires in cylinder 6 for several years. Of course, I started throwing details at him. Coil pack, spark plugs, spark plug cables, injectors. Nothing worked. I finally noticed the color difference on the 6 cylinder spark plug. coolant leak. I tried Blue Devil, worked one day, the radiator was clogged. YES, my coolant was clean because I know some would say so. This stuff requires you to flush the coolant system until it's clean. Read the ArtS review. That is God's mission. My radiator drain wasn't working so I had to disconnect the lower radiator hose every time I flushed it. Flush the coolant 6 times. In general, work and everything will work. I've been running for 1.5 months so far. Attention: First check the engine oil. If it looks like a milkshake, your head gasket has gone too far. Either replace the cylinder head gasket or buy a new car. And be smarter than me. Make sure your heater is on when you start the truck so you don't have to flush me too often. Much luck!
