The first was a gift and lasted a decent amount of time so I figured when the zipper broke it was past its useful life. I like it a lot so I ordered another one. Within a short time, but of course outside the 30-day return period, the zipper broke on this one too. It can still hold items since it's a snug fit, but I'm worried they will fall out. Conclusion: If you use it regularly to store your smartphone or similar, it needs a more durable zipper.
