The ease to use, all my clients are able for their procedures in one place! I would love seeing an option where we can make edits after uploading photos but not sure if it's available yet? Great product though!! We have been using this platform since 2015 so no issues at present time - only wish there was more flexibility when editing images later down stream (we do work hand-inhand w/ our dermatologist). It is very helpful because you don't need two different apps or services now as everything has come together into 1 system which makes things easier & less confusing than before.
