Intuitive Platform with Excellent Customer Service

It's very user friendly to use! I love that it is so intuitively designed in general but even moreso when you're working within an industry where there are specific needs or requirements (such as ours - HVAC). The customer service support team has been fantastic at helping us figure out what we need from this software platform vs having someone else do all our customizations/workarounds etc., which can be quite time consuming depending upon how involved they want their sales reps / account managers to get into things versus just letting them work through some demos themselves if needed. We've had multiple different people come onboard over several years now who have made changes here & there without any issue. Just make sure whoever comes after you takes full advantage of everything available because otherwise you'll end up doing most customization yourself anyway since many features will already exist by default. Our main goal was providing employees instant access via mobile devices while also allowing supervisors and dispatchers direct control over employee dash boards during emergencies. I love that it's an all in one dashboard to keep track of everything you need to know about incidents! It is very user friendly as well which makes things easier when training new employees or using this system during emergencies! Everything works great but sometimes there can be lag time between updates so not always up to date at times. Definitely worth giving it try if looking into something similar. We are able to use our first arriving dash board while responding to calls/incidents.
