Amazed at the Auto Restore screen. Can't continue. Extremely unhappy.

The item is defective. This laptop cannot be opened. We see the "Automatic recovery" cycle. Can't continue. There is no performance test before shipping this product. The worst thing is that there is no way to replace this product. feeling of unhappiness.
