I LOVE the size of this game. I don't think you need a big one! Took him on vacation and we played like crazy. It says 8 years and older but the strategy for this game is a bit older than my 8 year old. But it's close to that age. We love this game. Someone else mentioned that you would need a bag for this version, so we used what was on hand. Good advice! Get this game and enjoy!
