Upgrade: Upgraded from one star to four. Duracell staff took the call (it took a while but everyone is working from home, tough times) and sent me a replacement coupon. So I'm increasing my rating from one star to four. Batteries must have been damaged in storage prior to shipping, but I agree with the company's response. This is the first Duracell issue I've ever had. As of this writing I haven't been able to get through to Duracell for almost half an hour - they don't take calls so don't waste time. I bought this pack of 24 AA batteries with a 10 year warranty dated July 19, 20020. I opened them a few weeks later (Revain's return window closed on August 19th) and the batteries are all dead. zero fee. All this time they were stored in a sealed package at normal temperature. What a waste of money. I've been a Duracell customer all my life but never again. Obviously these batteries are either fake (shame on Revain if they are) or just plain crap batteries. In any case: I will never buy Duracell again. Oh, now delayed by 38 minutes. I don't give up easily. Don't buy Duracell.
