I purchased this phone from an online retailer in September 2022 as a replacement for my older A5 2022 model, which, to tell you the truth, served me well for almost four years and is still operational. The initial impressions of the S10E are, without a doubt, excellent; nevertheless, as time went on, the bad aspects became more apparent, which tarnished the image of not only this specific model but also Samsung as a whole: 1. The battery life is below the plinth, as one day of charging is not enough guaranteed to charge it a total of two times before it is fully charged. 2. The primary camera; when shooting in widescreen, the distortion is at its most extreme with this camera. 3. Protection against water and dust as guaranteed by the manufacturer in accordance with the IP68 standard, which turned out to be a complete fabrication (see below) 4. Poor dependability: In April of 2022, it became impossible for the device to charge overnight and failed to power on for the first time. (Over the course of the night, for reasons that are not clear, it entirely drooped). They worked on it under the terms of the warranty for a considerable amount of time, but it is said that they replaced everything, including the battery, the system board, and so on and so on. A month later, everything happened again (it again sagged in one night), and I turned to the service center for help; however, the warranty had already been denied due to corrosion in the connector. (and that's all there is to it, without any comments about what caused the corrosion!, but obviously due to water getting into the plug (and this is at IP68!)))). In addition, based on the information provided in the description of the smartphone that can be found on the website www.Samsung.com, it can be deduced that the aforementioned smartphone has the protection class IP68, which is given to devices that have been put through rigorous testing and is resistant to water and dust, and that it can withstand being submerged in fresh water for up to half a meter of depth for up to half an hour. (This is something that I did not do with him) At first, they responded to my appeal to Samsung via the hotline by saying that in my situation, this is a warranty case due to IP68, but they did not provide a written answer))), They contacted a few days later to tell me that the issue was no longer covered under the warranty and that my requests for a written response were being ignored. Since I submitted my appeal three weeks ago, I have not received a written response to it. The customer support center did not want to carry out an impartial inspection. In conclusion, it is not recommended to make a purchase.
