The product took almost 2 weeks to arrive, which was a little frustrating because I was so excited to receive it. I ordered the orange ginger flavor because that is what most people seem to like and I was disappointed. The ginger scent is very overpowering. I will not deduct stars though as it is my own fault, I knew I should have ordered the lemon lavender or the peppermint. The lipbalm itself is so light you can hardly feel it. I did not have the problem of the lipbalm being dry or hard to apply, in fact it was easier to apply than any Burts Bees lipbalm. The balm lasts throughout the night, which is wonderful. I don't even need to reapply it after drinking. I always wipe it off before eating, though, so I don't know if eating would cause you to reapply. It leaves your lips moisturized longer than any other even after wiping it off. It is definitely the best I have ever tried, and I have tried a lot. Sadly, it is not the "holy grail" lipbalm I was looking for (but I highly doubt I will ever find that, because my "holy grail" lipbalm would be a lipbalm that leaves my lips soft permanently after one application, haha) but it is definitely the best one put there.
