The design is "UNIQUE ONE-PIECE DESIGN - the magazine is an integral part of the body of the shotgun." It's an interesting idea, but in practice it means that instead of a smooth finish in a staple store, it has a rough texture, almost like it's cast aluminum rather than machined aluminum. As far as I can tell, this key surface has not been sanded or processed in any way. Because of this manufacturing process, staples will not feed smoothly and will misfire more than properly removed staples. I used the gun for 15 minutes before giving up as I had already reloaded it 4 times, tried to lightly lubricate the magazine catch channel and unlocked it once. I will never buy this manufacturer again.
