The software was quick and easy to set up initially but when we had issues I immediately contacted customer support who were very knowledgeable and supportive. They were able to help me right away and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. This program makes accounting so much easier and saves us tons of paper! We are very happy with this software thus far and have no complaints as of yet. The only concern would be price and whether it will continue to evolve as they keep adding more features. There isn't anything in particular about therapy bosses. It's just a great way for us to stay organized. I think it helps with our day-to-day activities, such as making sure therapists and team members follow proper guidelines. It has helped cut down on paperwork! It also serves as a very secure place to store medical records. I like how easy it was for everyone in our office (not just my own staff) to use this software. The reports are very thorough with all of their information available at one location. There's nothing about the product itself that I don't really like. It gets updated often which always makes me feel more informed as far as customer service goes. Having everything in one place has made contacting clients so much easier than having multiple emails scattered across different email accounts.
