Great product, the secret to perfect foam every time

This is an amazing product. I bought this as a temporary espresso machine while saving up for one for $500. They have an amazing design and I am sure they are well made. So far I've used it over 20 times and it's like new. The pump isn't too heavy, but it doesn't get any easier for a child to handle. You still have to carry the water separately as the pump doesn't keep the water hot inside which is a shame. I would be happy if he could hold the temperature for at least a few hours. The open secret: Every coffee snob knows the secret of the perfect espresso. Bubbles form if you don't want to carry a thermometer with you. Grinding: Grinding coffee is very important, but you might not understand it the first time. The grind should be fine but not too fine or it will seep into your espresso. Use the measuring scoop that came with the pump to let the coffee sit, but don't squeeze it out. Fresh: This is an underrated option as most of them are ground in batches. If you love your coffee, grind it fresh. There is no alternative to this. The fresher the grind, the tastier the coffee. If you keep three important secrets in mind, you'll always have the perfect foam.
