Arrived with a small broken piece of wood on the back in 2 places where the rear brackets hold the picture. The box looked completely undamaged. The wood is quite light, similar to chipboard. Too much hassle to get it back just glued them back on. It's lightweight so it's easy to hang and is fairly flat compared to many frames. it actually looks better. It's cheap for a glass front frame, but I don't want to spend an arm and a leg on a picture frame either. You get what you pay for. However, if it didn't fit the frame we already have, I'd instead go to the store and buy something I could get my hands on for a few bucks instead.
