Great frames! There's just one thing I'm not happy about. I recently ordered some additional frames. Some of these new frames match the same rounded back I already had and a few have flat edges. And on a flat edge, the distance from the edge of the frame to the hook is 2, and on a rounded back edge - 2.25. The general appearance remains the same, just warps it slightly. Happy with my purchase so far!

The frame is rather fragile. It looks good and if you were lucky enough to get it intact upon delivery then the photos are a pretty good indication of what you are getting. But my first frame arrived broken and the main parts shattered even with the shipping box and bubble wrap. The second removable frame did not tear at the front, but fell apart at the back. So while your mileage may vary, there's a real risk of bouncing back and forth on your return.

Arrived with a small broken piece of wood on the back in 2 places where the rear brackets hold the picture. The box looked completely undamaged. The wood is quite light, similar to chipboard. Too much hassle to get it back just glued them back on. It's lightweight so it's easy to hang and is fairly flat compared to many frames. it actually looks better. It's cheap for a glass front frame, but I don't want to spend an arm and a leg on a picture frame either. You get what you pay for. However, if

After buying something for my wife's birthday in September, I finally took the time to select some photos and start the design process. I really like how the photos look framed and excellent quality for such a price. However, I just noticed that the glass is completely missing from one frame. I know we didn't break the glass because we should have washed it. Well I know it's been a long time since we bought them but who would have thought 1 out of 4 8x10's wouldn't have any glass at all. I bought 4 of these to frame Christmas gifts and one arrived a little damaged so I had to order another. The damage appeared to be just a defect in the product and did not appear to be packaging/shipping related. I ordered six Malden Manhattan style frames (5x7, 8x10, 11x14) and many of them arrived damaged. The frames themselves are attractive, simple, and well constructed. My plan was to create a wall gallery, so I ordered different sized frames, which came in multiple boxes from Revain.
