Headlights work fine after no power problem fixed. On the Dodge Magnum (most likely the same for the Charger and Chrysler 300) you have to flip the connector when connecting. The lock of the lamp lock should be opposite the lock of the connector on the car. An easy way to provide power is to make sure the black wire on the headlight is on the same side as the black wire on the car. Also connect yellow color of fog lights to hot side(white wire) of fog light connector or hot wire of your car DRL bulb if you want to use fog light ring for DRL without fog light. Once on I just hooked everything up to power the fog lights as I didn't bother using them for DRLs.
