Review on 🔍 BISSELL 8/14 Pre Motor Filter: Ensuring Superior Cleaning Performance by Andrew Hare

I have ordered a new Bissell filter and sponge filter cartridge that comes with it. I received the goods and while the filter is exactly as advertised and fits my Bissell vacuum perfectly, this matching sponge insert does not. I am very frustrated because these two items are often bought together which gives a natural impression that they are compatible and the description does not clearly say that this will work in combination with the filter but it is rectangular and too small and doesn't square it can be seen in the pictures. I am also very upset to see that there are no refunds for this order. I feel completely betrayed.
