They are dangling from the bumper of my 1999 Chevy Suburban K1500. I have a chrome bumper with a black plastic strip on top. I think I'll try silicone to see if I can get them to stick to the bumper. Not sure if I'm missing the part or not that would allow them to snap into place as other buyers have reported. UPDATE: HERCOO customer service is paying attention! You read this review and realized that I ordered the wrong clips that I needed. They sent me the clamps and after a simple install they fit snugly. I recommend this product. If you don't have horseshoe shaped metal clips on the back of your bumper, order those as well.
