Plug this MicroSD card into a compatible GPS, turn it on and you're done. I installed it in my Garmin Rino 755T and now I don't want to leave the house without it. If you want to make sure you're on public land when hunting or camping, this is ideal because you'll have the map to hand even if you don't have cell service. Between the public/private terrain maps on this chip and the topographic maps on the Rino, I'm guessing it would also be very useful for finding gold here in the desert, but I haven't tried using it for that yet. Having access to the same maps on my computer and phone is a nice bonus too. This and the Garmin Rino I installed it in was worth every penny I paid for it.
