Bought this basket for my new cruiser bike. My bike is 24" and I didn't want anything too big, but I thought a basket for kids bikes would look too small. I also didn't want to spend a fortune on a basket that would only hold my phone, my mail, maybe a bottle of water - not much. This basket is small but doesn't look silly on a bike. Because it's woven from plastic, it's more water-resistant and also costs less than a real wicker basket. Weight limit 15 lbs. Straps attach to the steering wheel with no problems. This color is kind of a dark neutral - not black, not brown, but kind of dark gray. I think it looks good on this bike.
