Loose swirl finish EVERY TIME.

As a professional craftsman and shopkeeper with over 30 years experience. I think the TCP Global foam pads are my favorite. They don't stick and are easy to clean. Also durable for this type of pad. EVERY TIME it doesn't rotate.
