Pretty shiny but with some flaws.
The strap is fairly easy to adjust if you've removed the links first. I didn't realize when ordering that you need to install a bezel with a gasket. This makes changing the strap more cumbersome than my other strap, which has a pin that pulls back for quick and easy release. Looks reasonable, the band is very shiny but looks a bit cheap. It's pretty solid once assembled, but if you're looking for a quick-change groupset I'd look further.
