We installed this 2 weeks ago. It was easy to install. The shower heads and hose are metal, while the handheld shower stand is plastic. It feels and sounds like it might break if you adjust it, but it didn't. Each of the shower heads has a lever that changes the jet type. There is a lever on the top shower head that allows you to switch between overhead and hand shower. I'm only 5ft 3cm and that's not a lot for me, but I can do it. I asked family members to remember to turn the shower back up before turning off the shower as the hand shower would hit my face if it was in the holder. The water pressure seems normal to me and my family. If you need a harder spray, you can adjust it. Looks very nice in the shower. So far we are happy with this purchase.
