I'm trying to be a little more environmentally conscious and this is the second brand of shampoo I've tried. I didn't have high expectations because the shampoo I used before left my hair dry and lifeless. However, I love Ethique Spice Shampoo. Just 3-4 strokes from root to tip (I have short hair) and it lathers better than any regular shampoo I've used in a long time. The hair is then very clean, fast and does not dry out! Even though it's a bit pricey, it's worth every penny. Anyone new to using shampoo bars should know that having a container to keep the bars dry is important. If you put it in the shower it will melt! I used to use a travel container for soap, but I couldn't leave any other shampoo in my shoe, even in a closed container. However, the Ethique tank is the ideal solution as it drains water at the bottom and keeps the rods dry. Plus, I can feel good about using an eco-friendly product that isn't tested on animals!
