This scale is very wrong. We used it and on arrival at the airport it lost over 13 pounds. This meant we had to pay for two overweight bags. When we got home the scales were as accurate as airports and they were still over 13 pounds behind. It was a waste of money. I was looking to return but unfortunately our travels were delayed due to COVID so we didn't take advantage of this until after the return window.
