Review on Optimized Search-friendly TaylorMade FlexTech Golf Bag by Tres Carmon

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Lightweight and packed with features!

This is a great, well made, feature packed golf bag. Weighing in at just 4.5 pounds, the bag is light enough to make carrying a full set of racquets that much easier, and for its performance, this bag is a winner. The two features I like the most are the self-adjusting shoulder strap. Installation and bench system FlexTech. Thanks to the self-adjusting 2 and 4-point harness, the back straps move/slide as needed with properly adjusted shoulder straps, keeping the bag stable and comfortable while walking. The padding on the shoulder strap is pleasant to the touch and the bag feels noticeably more stable. The FlexTech stand system works perfectly. There is a rotating base that easily extends the support legs when the bag is placed on the ground and tipped into position. The legs extend to a fairly wide position for excellent stability. I've had other bags with similar expansion features and while they worked well, this system runs smoother. The bag has many pockets and attachment points. There are seven zippered pockets and a large water bottle pocket. One of the pockets is waterproof and suitable for phone and wallet. The full-length bag has a zipper at the bottom of the bag to access the inside of the bag. There is a holder for an umbrella, a ring for towels and Velcro for gloves. The bag features a 5-stripe top with full-length fabric dividers. The set includes a rain cover attached with Velcro. There are two main carrying handles, one at the top and one in the middle of the bag, as well as a strap at the bottom of the bag that provides stability when carrying the bag. I particularly like the built-in trolley belt channel. You route the trolley strap through this channel, which better secures the bag while allowing full access to the full-size bag. Usually trolley straps impede access to the pockets, so that's a plus.
