
I ordered hoping to get working headphones. They only worked one night. I received them in the afternoon and they worked fine. I checked the battery life in the headphones and the case. I noticed that while charging, the case didn't change its red light even after a few hours (when fully charged, the red LED should turn white). This happened the same day I received them. I decided to try charging again that night. As soon as the battery in the headphones is empty, I put them back in the charging case to charge them. Even after several hours of charging, the LED remained red. I TRY to turn them back on but neither the charging case nor the headphones charged. Therefore, I always return them on the 2nd day after purchase. I waited about 5 days for them to arrive and had to pay shipping to send them back and am now waiting for a refund.
