Review on 📽️ Sanus VP1 Mount: Optimal Tilt & Swivel Projector Bracket for 35 lb Max Weight by Seth Waldron

I bought this product for a theater room I am building. During the installation, I had two problems: 1) The mounting case for installing the project on the bracket was very tight and it took a lot of effort to attach it for the first time. After a few cycles of docking and undocking the projector with the mount, things became a lot easier. I think it was the paint that had worn just enough for it to slide freely. 2) The aluminum extension tube twisted so badly that I couldn't remove the bracket from the extension. And at the same time, no tools were used at all - only hand tightening. Once the threads were crossed there was no going back as the aluminum was too soft. I called Sanus directly and the customer service was very friendly, understanding, knowledgeable about my product and exceptional in every category. They asked when I bought the product and they sent me a new mount and extension the same day. Received it 2 business days after calling, no problems this time and everything looks and works fine! Would have been 5 stars if it worked first time, but REAL customer support really made the difference!
